Furthermore, personal data must not be bought or sold by any means, unless permitted by law.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Purpose limitation<\/h4>\n<p>Personal data shall only be processed for the purposes that have been registered and declared by the personal data controller, personal data processor, or both, and\/or third party.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\t\n\n\t<section id=\"block_962b761e3644b4de64f404f13b7e293a\" class=\"columns-two\" style=\"padding-top:0;\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Conditions to processing children\u2019s data<\/h4>\n<p>Children\u2019s data may be processed, only where consent has been obtained from the child (who must be 7 years and older), and from the parent\/guardian of the child.<\/p>\n<p>Entities must cease processing\/delete children\u2019s data when the purpose is not covered by valid consent, has been completed, is improper, or parents\/guardians withdraw consent, or upon request by competent authorities due to evidence affecting the child&#8217;s rights\/interests.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Access to information<\/h4>\n<p>Personal data controllers and processors must provide data subjects a copy of their personal data within 72 hours upon receiving the request. including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Where processing is based on consent obtained from the data subject;<\/li>\n<li>In scenarios of emergencies where data must be processed to protect the life and health of the data subject;<\/li>\n<li>Where personal data is made publicly available, in accordance with the law;<\/li>\n<li>Where a competent state authority processes data for purposes of national security;<\/li>\n<li>Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract; and<\/li>\n<li>Where processing is intended to serve operations of state agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Decree does not establish a condition where data can be processed based on a legitimate interest.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" class=\"opener\">How do I ensure
